Telaah Pengaruh Spiritualitas Pemimpin terhadap Perkembangan Kerohanian Kaum Muda

Leaders in the context of the church play a crucial role in guiding and influencing their followers, including the youth. The conclusion drawn from the discussion emphasizes that regardless of whether a leader's influence is positive or negative, they remain figures to be observed and emulated by those they lead. Therefore, the character and closeness of their relationship with God are vital for a leader. A leader must reflect the character of Christ in their personal life and maintain consistent spirituality. This enables leaders to embody and manifest the teachings of the Bible in their daily lives, not just preach them to others. The importance of spiritual leadership is emphasized, as the lack of spirituality or deviation from truth can have negative consequences, especially for those under their leadership, particularly the youth.
Abstrak
Pemimpin dalam konteks gereja memiliki peran yang penting dalam membimbing dan memengaruhi orang-orang yang dipimpinnya, termasuk kaum muda. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan menekankan bahwa baik atau buruknya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin, dia tetap menjadi figur yang dilihat dan dicontohi oleh orang-orang yang dipimpinnya. Oleh karena itu, karakter dan kedekatan hubungan dengan Tuhan sangat penting bagi seorang pemimpin. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, seorang pemimpin harus mampu merefleksikan karakter Kristus dalam kehidupan pribadinya, serta memiliki spiritualitas yang konsisten. Hal ini memungkinkan pemimpin untuk merepresentasikan dan mewujudkan ajaran-ajaran Alkitab dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, bukan hanya mengajarkannya kepada orang lain. Kesadaran akan pentingnya kerohanian pemimpin juga ditekankan, karena ketiadaan kerohanian atau ketidaksesuaian dengan kebenaran dapat membawa dampak negatif, terutama bagi orang-orang yang dipimpinnya, khususnya kaum muda.
